When Camden Rose first started around 20 years ago with a hand-full of products, Palumba was created to fill the need for a full retail children's store. Over the years we have grown our Camden Rose line from natural wooden toys/dolls/instruments to a full line of quality Waldorf inspired art supplies, furniture and home goods. Thus, the Palumba and Camden Rose websites have merged. The expansion from just children's products to household goods has allowed us to cater to our clients needs for heirloom quality (USA made) hardwood furniture. This is a beautiful shelf and was the perfect gift for my daughter for her sixth birthday. The shelf is designed well and the craftsmanship and quality is evident, being made of solid cherry wood. Fabulous all wooden flower press. I bought two! Love the craftsmanship. Wooden dowels and wooden nut bolts are well done.
Cardboard is okay. I bought some flower press blotting paper separately.
