Cherry wood bowls are beautiful and functional. Each bowl is hand-crafted in Michigan from a solid block of cherry hardwood. Cherry wood is a beautiful, living wood that darkens with light exposure, which will transform into a deep brown red over time.
Aesthetically pleasing and functional, turned wood bowls are part of a vanishing American tradition that began over 150 years ago. Craftsmen turned bowls that were prized by families and passed from generation to generation. Crafted from a single piece of premium hardwood in this very same tradition, each bowl is turned on a scoop lathe with very little waste conserving as much wood as possible. The bowls are then sanded silky-smooth and sealed with our Three BEEautiful Bees All Natural Beeswax Polish.
